Wonderful weekend

What a wonderful weekend we’ve had again! The weather was brilliant, and we were delighted to welcome so many guests from near and far.

A very special guest

This weekend we had the pleasure of welcoming a very special guest: Mrs Eleonore Kerschbaum, who was born in 1938 in Böhmisch Bernschlag, now known as Nový Vojířov. She made the long journey from Schwäbisch Gmünd to revisit the places where she was born and spent her childhood.
Together we visited the Chapel of St Nepomuk by our hotel pond, the reconstruction of which we have completed this year. As many of our guests know, the Communists destroyed the original chapel in 1953. We have rebuilt it based on old photographs and postcards.
Dear Ms Kerschbaum, we would like to thank you very much for your visit and hope to welcome you back to the Waldhotel Peršlák soon!

Elections 2026

Last weekend, the local council elections took place in Neubistritz. For some voters and candidates, the result was a cause for celebration; for others, a disappointment.
Here at the Waldhotel Peršlák, too, you had a choice: between our delicious goose with bread dumplings or Karlovy Vary-style dumplings, and our duck with potato dumplings. Naturally, that was a difficult choice as well – but the result was certainly a delight for everyone!
We were also delighted to host a large school reunion and organise a wonderful birthday party that went on until the early hours of the morning.
We’re delighted that so many lovely guests found their way to us, and we’d like to thank you all very much for visiting! And don’t forget: we’re open seven days a week throughout autumn and winter, and serve hot meals all day long. We look forward to seeing you!
