Cancellation Policy/Conditions

Dear guests, when cancelling rooms, lounges and other services, we would kindly ask you to communicate this by fax, email or letter, NOT by telephone.

The following cancelled services will be charged:

• 14 days before arrival: 0%
• 13 days or less before arrival: 50%
• 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the first night, 50% of all other nights booked unless the room is occupied.
