Dear guests,

we are looking for a kitchen assistant to start immediately. Rotating shifts. Long - short week. This is a year-round position. The starting salary is 30,000 crowns gross per month. We would like to point out that you can only work with us officially. Unfortunately, we are confronted with such requests.

For pupils and students from Neubistritz and the surrounding area, we offer the possibility of temporary work in our restaurant or hotel in the form of part-time employment. Mainly at weekends, but also during the holidays. The minimum hourly wage is 170 crowns and catering during the shift is free. We are looking for reliable and committed people who enjoy catering and working with people. Are you no longer a student and would like to earn some extra money by working in the catering trade? A forgotten film document opens a window into a bygone world: on 12 April 2025 at 15:00, we will be showing the Austrian documentary ‘Between Minks and Barbed Wire’ from 1961 at the Waldhotel Peršlák.

This rare film sheds light on life on the Austrian-Czechoslovakian border during the Cold War - with unique views of today's Waldhotel, then a border barracks.

The film will be accompanied by a specialist lecture by historian Mgr Libor Svoboda, Ph.D. as well as musical accompaniment and moderation by Josef Gušlbauer.

Admission is free. We look forward to seeing you there.

09.03.25 Beautiful weekend

Thanks to today's glorious weather, we almost ran out of beer in Peršlák. That's why we made a quick trip to the brewery in Neubistritz. Two pieces of good news: We had a good meal here and tomorrow you can enjoy the excellent Neubistritz beer again at the Waldhotel Peršlák.
