You call us to see if we are open today, Sunday. Of course we will cook for you from 11:30. The road from Nový Vojířov (Bohemian Bernschlag) is not cleared, but it is easily passable. Just take your foot off the accelerator a little, or leave your car in the Rottal near the Europaeiche and take a short walk across the border bridge. We look forward to your visit.

Dear guests, enclosed you will find our weekly menu plan. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant from Monday to Sunday from 11.30 am.
I am particularly pleased that our events and event tips in the Austrian-Czech region are so well received by you. Your great feedback shows us how important these topics are to you. I would therefore like to invite you to let us know in good time if you know of any interesting events on the Austrian or Czech side of the border. We will be happy to include your tips in our weekly newsletter.
I would also like to inform you that our Advent collection for Vojtěch Opelka from Neubistritz raised a total of 35,562 Czech crowns (approx. 1,482 euros). We handed over the amount at the municipal office in Neubistritz and it will be forwarded to the Opelka family. A big thank you to all contributors and donors!

08.01.2025 Apprentice Wednesday

Dear guests, today is Apprentice Wednesday again at the Waldhotel Peršlák! This means that our apprentice chef Karolína Kupková from Neubistritz is responsible for today's lunch menu. She has prepared a delicious potato soup with mushrooms for you today. The main course is stuffed peppers in tomato sauce with rice.
We open our restaurant at 11.30 a.m. and look forward to welcoming you.

07.01.2025 Collection for Vojtěch Opelka

35,562 crowns (approx. €1,482) for Vojtěch Opelka from Neubistritz. Thanks to the generous donations from our hotel and restaurant guests and visitors to our punch stand, we were able to collect this impressive amount. Today we officially handed over the money to the Neubistritz municipal office, which will hand it over to the family.
We would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts: our guests, the dedicated contributors and, last but not least, our fantastic hotel staff, who worked so hard to make this fundraising campaign a success.
Together we have shown how much good can be achieved when we all pull together. Thank you very much!

04.01.2025 Visit from the Three Wise Men

A heartfelt thank you to the Three Wise Men, actually queens. Today we had the honour of welcoming the Three Wise Men from the Caritas collection to the Waldhotel Peršlák. They enchanted our guests with their beautiful songs and made the afternoon something very special.

01.01.2025 Happy New Year

Many thanks to all our guests who celebrated the last day and night of 2024 with us yesterday!
We welcomed numerous guests from near and far to our restaurant until 15:00. From 19:00 we then welcomed the New Year together with our hotel guests until the early hours of the morning.
Thank you very much for your numerous visits and your support. We look forward to sharing the year 2025 with you!

29.12.2024 Opening hours

We would like to thank you for visiting our restaurant and our punch stands in such large numbers today.
The day after tomorrow, on 31 December, our restaurant will be open to the public until 15:00, as we will then be preparing everything for our festive New Year's Eve with live music. This special evening is exclusively for guests with a reservation.
From 1 January 2025, we will be open again as usual from 11:30 a.m. and look forward to welcoming you in the New Year.

29.12.2024 Skiing in Nová Bystřice

Good news for all winter sports fans!
From Sunday, 29 December 2024, the ski lift in Nová Bystřice (Hradiště) will be back in operation! The lift starts at 9 am and you can expect perfect conditions for skiing and snowboarding.
The pistes are perfectly groomed and there is a ski and snowboard hire station and a service stand. Whether you want to hire equipment or have your skis repaired - everything is possible on site.
