Visit on Saturday, 6 December 2025

We would like to thank Krampus, his helpers and the angels from Neubistritz for their visit to the Waldhotel Peršlák on Saturday.
Unfortunately, St. Nicholas caught a cold on his way through the forest and was therefore unable to join us – which is why I stepped in for him at short notice.
I hope I represented him well and apologise to all the parents whom I may have made the Advent season a little more complicated by advising some children to ask for a PlayStation 5, a pony, a quad bike or a dolphin for Christmas.
It was my first time as St. Nicholas – and beginners' mistakes happen. Nevertheless, I wish everyone a blessed Christmas.

Charity stand

From 6 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, our traditional annual Christmas charity stand will be open again. This year, we are collecting donations for Honzík Šána from Neubistritz.
Honsik has been suffering from permanent consequences since he had a brain infection as an infant. He has a severe mental disability and is completely bedridden.
This year, we would like to fulfil Hansik's wish and provide him with an anti-decubitus mattress with an attached compressor to prevent painful pressure sores and improve his quality of life.

As every year, you can take one of the gift items home with you from our charity stand and add the amount you deem appropriate to the donation box.

CZK 15,000 has already been donated by visitors to our chainsaw carving symposium in November, which we organised together with Waldviertel Exklusiv from Heidenreichstein.

In 2023, you donated CZK 23,266 to little Julinka from Neubistritz, and in 2024, you donated CZK 35,562 to Vojtěch Opelka, also from Neubistritz. We thank you for all your support. ❤️

Krampus and Saint Nicholas

On Saturday, 6 December 2025, Saint Nicholas will visit us – and of course he will bring his entire heavenly and hellish entourage with him: angels and Krampus. Until Friday, 5 December 2025, you can send us texts for the golden book – whether they be little sins committed by cheeky rascals or kind words and praise for well-behaved children. Saint Nicholas, angels and Krampus will read from them.
Admission is voluntary; donations will be used to cover the travel expenses of the entire company – because it is a long way from heaven and hell to us. We cordially invite you and look forward to the entire St. Nicholas party – to you and your children!

6th annual Tomáš Dvořák Cup

On 13 December 2025, starting at 9 a.m., the 6th annual Tomáš Dvořák Cup tournament will take place in the sports hall in Neubistritz.
As the Waldhotel Peršlák, we have contributed 3 vouchers worth CZK 500 for our restaurant and 1 voucher for an overnight stay for two people in a double room including breakfast worth CZK 3,600 as sponsorship. We wish all athletes a great tournament and look forward to seeing you there!
