Breathing Retreat with Claudia Maradof 8–10 October 2026 Your breath accompanies you throughout your life – often without you being consciously aware of it. This workshop offers an initial insight into ‘experiential breathing’ and invites you to discover your own breath as a natural resource. When we pay attention to our breath and the movement it generates, and consciously turn our attention to this movement, something changes: we gain access to greater calm and renewed strength – an experience that can help us face daily challenges with greater composure. Simple exercises whilst sitting, standing and walking invite you to become aware of your breath in its natural flow. The exercises can easily be incorporated into everyday life as suggestions and can help us to find moments of conscious deep breathing time and again, even in the midst of daily life. In *Herzklopfen*, Stefan Leonhardsberger recounts the daily challenge of holding his own as a partner, a DIY enthusiast and the head of the family. Amidst meniscus operations, barbecues with know-it-all professionals and secret hash biscuits, he asks himself: at 40, am I still cool, or am I already just like my own father? The result is an evening full of jokes, singing and intimate confessions – funny, cheeky and straight to the heart.
