07/08/2022 - Season in full swing

The first week of vacation, including the public holidays in the Czech Republic, is over. If I said it was easy, it wouldn't be the truth. But the satisfaction of our hotel and restaurant guests gives us a lot in return. You can tell that many people appreciate gastronomy more and more, where so many businesses are unfortunately collapsing. And thank you for showing and telling that to our employees. This is a great motivation for our team and our family. Thanks.

06/25/2022 Power failure

Dear guests, if you are planning to visit us in Peršlák today, we are currently without electricity and do not know when we will be back on the grid today. This is the third major blackout since electricity prices increased by almost 100%. That's how you do business.

06/16/2022 tank road

Farewell to our tank road. One of the best news for our guests in the last 10 years is that the municipality is repairing the access road to Peršlák. The good news is that hopefully we will have a summer without ambulance calls and cyclists no longer having to be picked out on the road. We can finally ban the jack and the compressor from the reception. The bad news is that some car repair shops, taxi drivers and towing companies will probably make less sales now

June 11, 2022 Interview on the radio

08.06.2022 seminar

In some cases, bookings in the field of seminar tourism fell by up to 70% in the Czech Republic. That's why we're glad that we're slowly but surely getting back to the pre-Covid era in this area. Of course, we owe this to our unique location, but above all to our employees, who take great care of our guests. Tomorrow we can welcome the management of an international drugstore chain for two days. Thank you very much.

29.05.2022 A few memories

Today Mr. František Horvath visited us. In the 1980s he served in Peršlák, which of course was not our hotel at the time, but barracks for the border troops. As can be seen in the photos, Mr. Horvath worked in the kitchen. We thank you for these great and unique photos and the even better stories. Since many protagonists of these stories are still alive, we will not publish them and enter them in our chronicle for the next generations...

Bicycle lock key. Found today at 15:00 at the wheel stands. It is ready to be picked up at the reception of the Waldhotel Peršlák.

23.05.2022 Překvapení pro partu cyklistů

Out of the sewing box: Monday. Always a weak day in our forest. In the morning an elderly gentleman called, he would like to reserve a table outside for 12 people, cyclists. What can I say, we didn't have much to do and time. The surprise was a success...

Dobré ráno. Dnes ráno naše Lucinka v kuchyni pro naše hotelové hosty připravila domácí rohlíčky s meruňkovou marmeládou, domácí vajíčkovou a celero-mrkvovo-jablečnou pomazánku.❤

15.05.2022 Po náročném víkendu

Po náročném víkendu v práci je třeba dát nohy do lavoru. Máme na hotelu i v restauraci úžasný konec týdne za sebou. Máme nejlepší hosty, ale hlavně nejlepší spolupracovníky. I když poslední dny už byla sezóna jako v létě a jako v každým gastropodniku nám chybí několik rukou, tak náš tým byl úžasný. Pan Gustav, v klidu jako vždy, za sporákem, slečna Lucie profesionálně ve studené kuchyni, stále usměvavý Lukáš na place, atd.. Děkuji Vám všem co pro Peršlák děláte. Není to samozřejmé. ❤
