Yesterday, we launched the book ‘Landsteiner Legends’ at the Waldhotel Peršlák. The book, available in German and Czech, can be purchased at our hotel reception from Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Price: CZK 450 (€19.50). The ideal Christmas gift for lovers of our region.

Military History Club from J.Hradec near Peršlák
As every year, we welcomed the Military History Club from Neuhaus in front of the Waldhotel Peršlák, right next to the Stone of the Republic.
It is always a special honour for us to share this historically significant moment with you. Through its activities, the Klub vojenské historie (KVH) strives to continue the tradition of the 29th Infantry Regiment J. J. Švec, which was active in the Jindřichův Hradec district from 1918 to 1938.
At the same time, the club aims to give the public an insight into the lives of the soldiers who prepared for the fight against National Socialism in the mobilised republic.
We thank you for your visit – and look forward to seeing you again next year!
